Reality of Oneness, which is spontaneous or in-born meditative state, can be experienced through Sahaj Yoga. Its primary understanding is each of of us are divine beings having a human experience. Only we are a bit too identified with our humanness or body-mind mechanism, and have become totally oblivious to our Divinity/Truth/Oneness of all that is everywhere and anywhere.
When one starts to accept oneself as perfectly divine and awesomely aware of Being, you are in the present moment--here and now--with joy, thankfulness and surrender. This truth of inner transformation is experienced from within, the first and last steps, as this is a journey from here to here! And then one enjoys, celebrates, and responds to the play of Life, called Leela, in all dimensions."
